First of all, I usually don't write reviews unless I get really great service from companies/individuals I worked with. Maria was one of those great services!!!!! Maria took on a job that no one else was willing to help me get as a first time homeowner. I wanted the deal of my life and that's what she got me. I was able to get a HUD auction home 't work a steal, something unheard of in this current market and as a 1st time homeowner. Maria worked with me for almost a year. She placed multiple offers on homes I had interest on which didn't work out for one reason or another. No fault of her own. She also showed me over 30+ homes and taught me so much about the real estate business. She has helped me become an informed buyer! At no time did she make me feel pressured to quickly get a home nor did she make me feel that she was just there for the money. I closed on my home about 2 months ago and she still with me to see how am i doing. Maria is very knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and just all-around honest agent. She knows what she's doing! If there is something she does not know, trust in her that she will find out for you. Maria will have my business and my family business for years to come. She's already helping my uncle close on a new home in a few weeks. She's honestly the best agent out there.
